Regular payment terms (no discounts):

There is a 500 deposit required to register for course at American Interactive. American Interactive will drop ship your books within 48 hours and send you your log in information for the student forum. The deposit is non-refundable. The remainder of payment is due 21 days before class begins. If full payment is not received your place in class may be lost to another incoming student in which case you may reschedule for a different date.

Pre-payment discounts registration:

In order to receive the pre-payment discount American Interactive must receive the full tuition at time of registration. American Interactive will drop ship your books within 48 hours and send you your log in information for the student forum. The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations:

Microsoft:

You may cancel your Microsoft course and receive a full refund less your $500 deposit if you cancel before 21 days of your courses start date. If you cancel within the 21 day period you will receive a 50% refund of tuition unless your seat is taken by another student. If you choose to reschedule you will not be charged a penalty for the first instance. There will be an additional 250 administration fee if you cancel your re-scheduled course within 21 days of its start time.

Cisco®:

You may cancel your Cisco® course and receive a full refund less your $500 deposit if you cancel before 21 days of your courses start date. If you cancel within the 21 day period you will receive a 50% refund of tuition unless your seat is taken by another student. If you choose to reschedule you will not be charged a penalty for the first instance. There will be an additional 250 administration fee if you cancel your re-scheduled course within 21 days of its start time.

Test Drive AI Special:

MCSA and MCSA/MCSE test drive specials allow a student to cancel his/her course after the first exam and receive a full refund!

** American Interactive will pay for an additional exam should a student fail while in class. If a student fails an exam a second time AI reserves the right to have the student re-sit that portion of the class before issuing another test voucher.
