Reference library: While the books sent out when you register are not used in class they provide a valuable reference. During the online mentoring phase your instructor may have you read certain sections to prepare for class. They are yours to keep. Microsoft classes use the Microsoft Press books and for Cisco® we use Cisco Press® books as a suppliment to the Cisco authorized curriculum. You do not need to bring your books to class.
Online Mentoring with your instructor: You will receive log-in information shortly after registering for your class. You will be able to log in to the forum to check reading lists, check the schedule for live chats with your trainer, post questions for your trainer and view other students' questions as well. If you require phone support, you may also request that on the mentoring system. In short, if you have questions before the class begins, you will be able to ask the trainer that you will have in class! The trainer you will have in class is also the trainer who wrote the material. The trainer has 6-10 years experience delivering the course, so you will never wonder if you are "talking to the right person" to get answers to your questions.
Custom written courseware and test prep: American Interactive has always developed its own material for bootcamp delivery and updates it on a constant basis. Included in your course is our custom courseware, including our famous test preparation book; known by students as "the bible".
Exam vouchers & retake exam vouchers: All exam vouchers are included in the price of the course. We also cover the cost of all second test vouchers should they be needed and also cover exam vouchers should you choose to re-sit the class! All testing is on site. Some restrictions do apply, see our registration policy for more information. In short AI covers ALL exam fees as we stand behind our product!
Breakfast and lunch: Lunch will be provided on location. Breakfast varies depending on location from continental breakfast at the training center to hot breakfast provided by the hotel.
Drinks and snacks : Plenty of snacks and beverages will be provided. If you have any special request please do not hesitate to ask!
Hotel Accommodations : We provide the same number of nights as your training course. For the 14 day MCSE class we will provide 14 nights accommodations. We schedule so you may check in the night before class starts and checkout the last day of class. Please let us know of any specials needs or if extra nights are needed. In both locations we have several options to choose from. Our default Phoenix location has a kitchen with stove, microwave and full size refrigerator in every room and has just been remodeled. Our Boston location includes the Wyndam Gardens in Andover, MA.

Guarantee : In the event you do not pass any certification exam at our facility you may re-sit the course at no extra cost less hotel and pre-classroom material (books). We will cover food, material reprint and even the exam voucher!

Since the MCSA and MCSA/MCSE course have an exam early in the course you may ask for a full refund immediately after the first exam - FOR ANY REASON! For more information see "Test drive AI" in our 'Why AI?' section for details.
